How does it work?

Can I adjust the night light brightness?

Yes, there are two levels of night light brightness which can be selected using the switch on the back of the device.

Does it turn on automatically?

Yes, the device has both a motion sensor as well as a light sensor - in AUTO mode the device will only activate in a dark room.

How far does the link work?

The linking technology can work at a distance of 20m-30m unobstructed, but in a typical setup where devices are placed in rooms and behind walls approximately 10m of range can be expected.

How do I link my devices?

No setup is required, simple put the device in AUTO mode using the switch on the rear of the unit and that's it! Any device within range will be linked automatically.

Does it have a built-in battery?

The device comes with a built-in lithium battery that is rechargeable using the provided cord. The typical run time is between 20 and 30 hours, and the device can run continuously if plugged in.

My device is not being triggered via the link

The most common reason for this is that one device is in the dark while another is in a lit room - each linked device still only becomes "active" when the room is dark.
