100 Night Risk-Free Trial

Our Night Risk-Free Trial is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing our products.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email within 100 nights of receiving your order and we will happily provide you with the return instructions.

  • Free return postage available in Australia only
  • International orders need to pay return postage fee

**Please note that express shipping costs cannot be refunded under our Risk-Free Trial policy**

In order to receive a full refund the returned stock must be in the original packaging and condition and not missing any parts. For damaged or missing parts we will share the cost of repair/replacement when we've inspected your return.

100 Night Risk-Free Trial Eligibility

Your return request must fall within the 100-night trial period from the date of when you received your order. 

For orders delivered within Australia we cover the return shipping cost. For orders delivered outside Australia the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and process the returned order, a full refund will be issued of the amount paid minus any extra shipping fees paid.

To qualify for the refund, the items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that items returned missing parts, in poor condition or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your return within 1-2 days. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within one week through the original payment method. In cases where we cannot issue a refund via the initial payment method we will provide an equivalent credit or propose an alternative refund method.

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality. That's why every product we manufacture comes with a reassuring 3-year warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures your purchase is built to last and is backed by our dedicated support.

Please note that this coverage is specifically for manufacturing faults - damage resulting from misuse accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, which includes reduced runtime of battery powered products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
