Refund policy

100 Night Risk-Free Trial

Our 100 Night Risk-Free Trial allows you to try our product with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply reply to your order confirmation email within 100 nights of receiving your order to request a return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Free return postage is available for orders delivered within Australia.
  • International customers are responsible for paying the return postage.

Please note: Express shipping costs are non-refundable under our Risk-Free Trial policy.

Refund Conditions

To receive a full refund, the returned item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Important:

  • Damaged units: No refund will be issued if the unit is damaged.
  • Missing items/parts: A flat fee of $8 AUD will be deducted from your refund to replace any missing parts or packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund of the original purchase amount, minus any applicable deductions (missing parts fee, non-refundable shipping, etc.).

100 Night Risk-Free Trial Eligibility

Your return must be requested within 100 nights from the date you received your order. After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your return within 1-2 days. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within one week through the original payment method. In cases where we cannot issue a refund via the initial payment method we will provide an equivalent credit or propose an alternative refund method.

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality. That's why every product we manufacture comes with a reassuring 3-year warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures your purchase is built to last and is backed by our dedicated support.

Please note that this coverage is specifically for manufacturing faults - damage resulting from misuse accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, which includes reduced runtime of battery powered products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
