How long does shipping take?

5-8 Business days

Will I receive a tracking #?

We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your product is shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

 You can cancel your order with no penalty before it is shipped. If the item has already shipped, please contact us. 

I've entered an incorrect address!

If you entered your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct it before shipment (usually within 24 hours). 

Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

We are confident that your Goldilocks will assist you with your babies sleep routines as much as it has helped our family! 

If however you need to return your Goldilocks, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@sleeplikegoldilocks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

What if my Goldilocks arrives damaged? 

We're sorry to hear that your Goldilocks has arrived damaged and understand that this can occasionally happen while it is on the way to you. If it does, we will provide you a new Goldilocks. It's simple to organise, please follow the steps below:

1. Take photos of the defect. 

2. Send the photos to us with your order number.

Once received, we will be happy to send you a replacement Goldilocks.
