Really handy especially as a first time mum. Initially I thought it was broken because I didn't realise I needed to plug it in, I assumed battery. But the team got back to me within the hour and explained how to start it up. Great to see that.

I was worried that I'd find the device hard to use and understand, but its been about a month now and its gotten to to the point of me just needing to peep into the nursery to see the colour of the device, and know exactly what TOG to dress him in.

Really helped with our newborn. Third time mum and really struggled without it at the start. And the customer service was amazing too. I did have an issue with an adapter and messaged them with a question and got an answer that night. It was fixed quickly.

I am writing this after my first full nights sleep since bub was born. I thought it was so many other things until I got this device as a present from my friend, and found it bub was dressed incorrectly! This device is actual MAGIC!

I emailed a complaint a week ago to say that the swaddle sleep suit was too big despite being age appropriate on the website and asked if you would consider a refund and I would be happy to mail back the item. It is washed but unworn. Very disappointing.
